Return and Refund Policy

We dedicate ourselves in providing you artwork shipped in a safe and complete manner. Each one of our pieces is hand painted and original, small imperfections will occur in the art, care and upkeep is up to the owner of the piece. However if you do wish to return a piece of our artwork please follow our Return and Refund policy:

• Start by contacting Narttu or Chaos in our contact section and provide them with your details regarding the return
• Only take returns up to 30 days after Purchase
• Item cannot be damaged in any way, must be in the same state it was shipped out in
• Provide reasoning for return, all art pieces will be somewhat imperfect in their own perfect way. 
• Narttu will send a shipping label to customer via email
• Artwork must be shipped safely and correctly with proper protection in the same way it was shipped to customer.
• No refunds provided. Only when product is returned to artist
